Youth for Coffee

UCFA help the youth to get involved in the coffee industry by training them in agronomy, business development, digital skills, and agroforestry, where they get skills in the rehabilitation and renovation of coffee and entrepreneurship after they transfer the skills and knowledge to their local coffee farmers and help them to do stumping, pruning and advising on how they can increase on their yields. This helps youth to get involved in the coffee industry and also acts as a source of employment for them.
